I had a truly wonderful experience on the Alisa Cruise in Ha Long Bay. The cruise ship was brand new and luxurious, and the staff were truly amazing. They were helpful, friendly, and made my stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the food was not only delicious but also presented beautifully. The highlight of my stay was the birthday arrangement with the engraved fruit and vegetable platter - such a thoughtful gesture! I would definitely recommend Alisa Cruise to my friends.
Air conditioning need to be improved, especially in the dining area and the rooms.

I had a wonderful stay on the Alisa Cruise. The view from my cabin was absolutely stunning, and the ship itself was beautiful and clean. The staff were lovely and always went out of their way to ensure that I had a great experience. I particularly enjoyed the kayaking activity and karaoke night. The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the fresh omelets. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this cruise.

Alisa Cruise Halong definitely gave us great value for our money. The room with the balcony had an amazing view and we loved spending time outside. The staff treated us like family, especially Tommy the Manager, who took excellent care of us from start to finish.
The breakfast could have been better with more variety and options.

During our recent stay with Alisa Cruise, we were blown away by the comfortable and well-stocked rooms on the boat. The food was absolutely fantastic, especially the plated dinner. We loved the scheduled activities of kayaking, cave exploring, and beaching. But what really made our stay exceptional was the delightful and genuine staff onboard Alisa Cruise. They made an effort to know each passenger by name and even surprised us with a cake and glasses of wine to celebrate our anniversary. This level of personal attention made our stay one of the highlights of our Vietnam vacation. I highly recommend this cruise experience.

The natural beauty from around this hotel is breathtaking. There are many activities to do, and each one is family-friendly. the boat rooms are comfortable, and the sales associate was quite helpful. In between each activity you can enjoy amazing views from the location. the food is delicious, and there is a large drink selection. the bar and deck areas are nice. the new and clean common areas are a great place to relax.
The tour can be a bit regimented, and I would have liked more time to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Great Views and Friendly Staff!
We had a wonderful time during our recent cruise. The views were absolutely breathtaking! We enjoyed looking out at the beautiful natural scenery throughout the trip. the staff on board were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. We also appreciated the daily activities and the variety of delicious food options that were offered.
The limited options for dinner. While the food was tasty, there were not many choices and we found ourselves wishing for more variety.

The complementary breakfast was decent and the location was great, right in the heart of the city. the free Wi-Fi was a bonus, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Plus, the rooftop bar had a fantastic view of the skyline.
The room was in need of some serious updates. the paint was chipping off the walls and the air conditioning was practically non-existent.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the spacious triple room with a private wide balcony and stunning views of Ha Long Bay. the room was located on the highest floors, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. the large windows allowed us to enjoy breathtaking views and capture beautiful photos. the food on the cruise, whether it was the set-menu dinner or buffet, was amazing. the staff was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent services. I also appreciated the manager's knowledge of tourist attractions, as he flexibly arranged our schedule to visit the island when it was less crowded, and allowed us to go kayaking instead of visiting the crowded island.
Felt at home instantly, no complaint.

The breakfast selection was delicious, and the hotel's location between each activity up to the caves was perfect for convenience.
Nothing, it is perfect.

This hotel provided us with a luxurious and exclusive experience. We were pleased with the exceptional service and the unique amenities including a stunning outdoor swimming pool, spa centre, and sun terrace. the restaurant offered a variety of delightful dishes and even had special dietary menus available. We were thrilled with the entertaining karaoke and BBQ facilities. the hotel's location advantage made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area.
We experienced a minor issue with the massage service. Although the masseuse was friendly and professional, the massage itself was not up to our expectations.

The view from our triple room was absolutely stunning, with a private wide balcony offering breathtaking sights of the surroundings. The large windows allowed us to capture beautiful photos of the incredible scenery. the facilities provided were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The requirement to pay via bank transfer, which incurred additional charges. It would have been more convenient if there were other payment options available.
